Shipping & Returns
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification. This will include your order’s tracking ID. You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly through the courier’s website.
If you find troubles in finding your tracking code, please contact our customer service.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
If for any reason, an item does not work out for you, we will gladly offer product exchange or free returns for store credit within 3 days of receiving your package. The store credit is valid for one-time use only. At this moment, we do not offer cash refunds.
To request a return or an exchange, please email email@example.com with your order number. One of our team members will get back to you shortly.
We accept returns or exchange on backdrops that is unworn, unwashed, with the bag still attached. Domestic and International orders are eligible for return at the expense of the sender.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the backdrops, and we’ll take care of you, return shipping is on us!
TIO Backdrops has the right to decline a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy.
ORDER CHANGE AND CANCELLATION
If you would like to make a change to your order (e.g, different size or color), we would be happy to help you as long as your order has not been processed.
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
We can change the address as long as the package has not left our building.
Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has been shipped.
